About me
I'm a cofounder of syENGAGE, a firm that helps organisations participate in real, human conversations online.
I've shown marketers the future of marketing since 2001, when I began writing for Marketing Magazine. In 2004 I wrote Marketing's cover story on business blogging, and since then conference organisers, magazine editors and companies have sought after my view on the fast-changing world of marketing.
In 2007 I formed iJump (the predecessor to syENGAGE) together with Marie Young, bringing together our unique backgrounds of marketing and customer service. Along with the rest of the iJump team, I'm passionate about bringing the heart back into business - because it's not just a nice to have, but a must have in 21st century communications.
I bring to any collaboration:
