I write in response to your job advertisement as seen on

I am an experienced technical team lead, with over 10 years of
experience in the industry, who is looking to move into a more
managerial role. I have over 4 years' experience of managing a team
including mentoring and line management.

Within my career I have been involved with the following:

Designing, defining, developing and managing websites, intranets,
and blogs from concept through to completion

Managing a large corporations Press website, ensuring that press
releases were developed and released to tight deadlines

Setting up, defining and analysing analytics for both websites,
and online marketing campaigns

Integrating Twitter and blog feeds into existing websites and
corporate intranets

Auditing websites to ensure that DDA accessibility standards are
met.
Defined SEO best practice, and ensuring that sites are structured
to help with SEO

Line managing a team of up to 10 direct reports, including
appraisals and setting objectives

Having a design background and strong front development skills, I
am keen to ensure that solutions have a UI that is clean, intuitive,
and can portray the organisations brand values, style and
mission.

Having worked with a Microsoft Gold partner and having Microsoft
as a client we pushed new technologies rather than followed
them.

I am after a role where I can use my industry knowledge and
experience, in different sectors, to make a difference. I would look
