Personal Statement:

I am an experienced Development Manager who has 11 years of managerial experience. I have worked within the industry for 15 years designing, developing and project managing products that have enabled me to progress within each company. I have worked with a number of development teams in both small and medium sized companies who were leaders in their field and globally recognised brands such as Land Rover, Morphy Richards and Mamas and Papas, in departments worth upto £75million turnover per year.

Keys tasks have included implementing processes and procedures within the department whilst keeping and managing a tooling budget of upto £¾ million per year; improving efficiencies and timescales with each project thus reducing lead times of product going onto the market whilst ensuring that high quality is maintained.
