About me

As a dj and through working at djstore.co.uk I have developed a broad insight into how dj equipment is both bought and sold within the european market. Valuable experience has been gained not only from working with colleagues with vast amounts of product knowlege and experience but also through speaking first hand to consumers.

Product knowledge in this market has been increased through working hands-on with equipment we sell, in-house testing, problem solving, and playing.

Objective:

Twenty-Six year old BSc(Hons)graduate seeking position that shall provide a depth of design opportunity whilst building upon skills and knowledge of product design issues and solutions.

Design Skills:

Research, Strong Conceptualisation, Critical evaluation, Sketch/ Rendering in different media, Problem/ Process definition, Model making, Conceptualisation refinement, Consumer and colour psychology, Materials analysis, Marketing and cost breakdown, presentation of solutions, Computer skills, , Rapid prototyping.

Software:

High level at the following, adaptable knowledge extending to other platforms:

Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Rhinoceros 3D modelling and Flamingo rendering package, AutoCAD.
