My ambition is to get a job in a graphic design studio and to further my experience in the graphic design industry.

I am relaxed and fairly easy-going character but i'm certainly not afraid of hard work and doing whatever it takes to get a job done.

Since my childhood dream of becoming a professional footballer was over I decided to turn my passion for Typography, Drawing and Photography into a profession - I am very driven and motivated to continue to work towards this and hope one day to feel that I have completed this - becoming an accomplished creative asset within a company and contributing to projects would bring me a sense of fulfilment.

Since graduating from university i have worked as a freelance graphic designer and typographer including Rapanui, DV8 and Bestival 2010. The freelance job's I have undertook have allowed me to gain wider commercial experience. Learning good communication, teamworking, presentation, efficiency, promptness and personal organisation has helped package my skills into a sellable product.

My design style is influenced Typography from the likes of David Carson, Vince Frost and Non-Format and llustrative Styles from Eduardo Recife Thomas Shostok and Jasper Goodall. I am also a fan of Photography from Alexsandr Rodochenko.

This mix has created a style that has been described by previous clients as "bold, striking, perfect for advertising."

Perhaps the biggest motivational tool for me to design is that I thoroughly enjoy doing it, there is no better sense of satisfaction

when I see a project come together. It is for this reason that I am enthusiastically applying for a job at your company.

In my spare time i enjoy football, music and more graphic design.
