Studio Manager / Traffic Manager / Creative Services Manager

A pro-active and experienced Studio / Creative Services Manager with a wide studio, project, design and team management background. I have built my design, production, and studio management skills on a foundation of graphic design, having started my career as a designer. I have been responsible for the full production process including studio management, traffic management, client relationships and project management. Excellent management skills in both mentoring & coaching, with an understanding & appreciation of workloads and business pressures/goals. Flexible & supportive, maintaining quality output through planning, the encouragement of teamwork & the development of a supportive and nurturing creative environment.
