I'm a Creative (an Art Director by trade) with 20 years of experience starting my career in London. Its been an amazing journey launching both New York and Atlanta offices for Iris here in the .

Approaching 10 years in the leadership game I love building teams and take immense pride in supporting people as they grow and achieve creative glory.

Back in London I led award-winning work for Manchester United Football Club, adidas, Sony and Southern Comfort before moving to NY in 2006.

While based in New York I led the charge in developing global relationships with Sony and adidas growing the agency from 6 to 60 in 5 years.

Since opening the Atlanta office in 2010 I've led the creative output for the agency including adidas, Reebok, Shell, IHG Hotels, Lamborghini, Bentley and Samsonite.

Atlanta continues to be home where I lead key clients and new business efforts across the US network creating work across sport, hospitality, auto and luxury.
