I'm Shubhangini Shaktawat, a passionate storyteller with a deep affinity for words, visuals, and creativity. Currently pursuing an MA in Lifestyle Journalism at LCC, UAL, I'm continuously refining my craft while building on my diverse experiences in content creation, digital marketing, and visual storytelling. My journey so far reflects a commitment to connecting with audiences through authentic and impactful narratives, whether through writing, photography, videography, or social media content.
My most recent role as a Digital Marketing Intern with Avllo in India allowed me to delve into the dynamic world of social media strategy and content creation. Here, I conceptualized and designed engaging posts, reels, and stories using tools like Canva and Adobe Premiere Pro. This wasn't just about scheduling posts—it was about understanding the brand's voice and creating visually compelling content that resonated with its audience. The experience honed my ability to balance creativity with analytics, as I learned to interpret metrics and adapt strategies to maximize impact in the digital-first landscape.
Prior to that, I had the privilege of working with the Maharana of Mewar Charitable Foundation, contributing to the creation of a documentary film promoting the City Palace Museum in Udaipur. This role allowed me to merge my love for heritage and storytelling, assisting in production and crafting subtitles that captured the museum's rich cultural narrative. Translating complex historical themes into accessible, engaging content taught me the art of storytelling that bridges diverse audiences and preserves cultural legacy.
My early career as a content writing intern laid the foundation for my skills in narrative crafting. From blog posts to website copy and social media captions, I learned to adapt my tone and style to suit varying platforms and audiences. This role not only sharpened my writing skills but also instilled in me the importance of creating content that is both meaningful and engaging.
Beyond professional endeavors, I find inspiration in the world around me. As an avid traveler, I seek out stories in architecture, fleeting moments, and everyday interactions. My photography portfolio reflects my love for capturing these narratives—be it the grandeur of Udaipur's palaces or a candid street scene brimming with emotion. Music is another passion that influences my creative process, shaping the rhythm and flow of my storytelling.
What truly sets me apart is my ability to blend artistic creativity with strategic thinking. While I enjoy the expressive aspect of content creation, I also value the importance of effectiveness—analyzing metrics, understanding audiences, and tailoring content to achieve desired goals. I thrive in collaborative and experimental environments, bringing innovative ideas to life while ensuring they align with larger objectives.
