About me
I'm the Global Chief Creative Officer at AKQA Americas, where I lead a creative organization of 125+ people across the region. Over the past two and a half years, the work I'm most proud of has less to do with any single campaign and more to do with what we built together, bringing together all of our North American studios into one unified team with a shared culture and way of working. That's been the hardest and most interesting leadership challenge of my career so far.
Before AKQA, I spent seven years at Nike across NikeLab and Nike Women, and five-plus years as SVP Global Creative Director at UNIQLO, where I built the global Creative Lab from the ground up. I'm also a co-founder of Table of Contents, a retail and cultural concept and space that I built with my partner, and the author of By Hand: The Use of Craft in Contemporary Art. In 2025 I was named to Adweek's Creative 100. I sit on Spotify's Creative Council and on the advisory board at Forward Consumer Partners.
The work that moves me lives where brand, culture, and commerce actually overlap, not as a framework, but as something you can feel.
