Shika was born in Shanghai and raised in Tokyo. She is interested in integrating the power of art and science to create innovation.
During the years of her career as a global branding consultant at the top advertising agency in Japan, she worked with a wide range of Japanese enterprises such as beverages, food, electrical equipment, cameras, games, retail stores, and finance. She contributed to the team mainly as a researcher and market analyst, also as a creative director for inner communication, or as a facilitator in workshops for product development.
