Shift.ms is the largest and only dedicated online peer support community for the recently diagnosed and younger people living with MS. Almost 40,000 people now use Shift.ms annually, where they meet, share experiences and support each other to live well with MS. Over 800 newly diagnosed MSers join each month - demonstrating the clear need for our service. It’s independent and free.

We're a small but unique digital-first charity founded in 2009 to address a critical gap in support for
