About me
I manage and supervise client accounts ranging from 1K-100K working closely with museums and archives ensuring that all clients are obtaining the expected productivity and quality levels to the specification prescribed. I ensure that all members of the team are working effectively with other supervisors and managers to schedule work from collection through to delivery. Continually reviewing the work and processes the teams are undertaking and considering if improvements can be made, with regards to the quality of results and productivity.
