Sherif is a creative, skilled and visionary real estate professional with superb leadership skills, making him an ideal management candidate to drive the growth of an ambitious, progressive, global real estate company. Having diverse and extensive experience in the real estate development industry; ranging from business development to corporate governance and including wide-ranging project-based technical experience. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Interior Architectural Design from the American University in Dubai.

He has contributed to groundbreaking urban development projects in Dubai, with experience in the private, public sectors, gaining a unique ability to build strong teams and working alliances across a diverse spectrum of people and personalities. His accomplishments include driving public-private partnerships to develop civic landmark mega-projects exceeding $1 Billion in Dubai's Downtown & Uptown urban core. He also served as a Design manager for EllisDon Inc. - best 50 employers in Canada and the premier homebuilder in North America. Eventually his entrepreneurial interests and skills led him to co-find a real estate investment company in Dubai focusing on a value-added development investment approach to mid-market developers and investors. In one of his most recent role, I have been managing project implementation and build-out of a USD $13-Billion master planned, mixed-use, transit-oriented project in Dubai (Down Town Jebel Ali Development).

His civic and volunteer activities include serving as Assistant Studio Director in the American University in Dubai, assisted with instructing night courses in the Interior Design Department. In addition, He is a certified LEED Professional, an active member of the American institute of Architects and professional Interior Architects and Urban Land Institute. He is an Abu Dhabi, U.A.E-born of Egyptian descent, lived in Dubai for 30 years & currently in Cairo, Egypt.
