I am an accomplished administrative professional with over 6 years' experience handling customer queries, concerns and complaints via letter, telephone and various social media channels.
During the past year I have provided personal support to a senior member of staff at a national company, Residential Management Group Ltd.
Also being a freelance Graphic Designer, I have a high attention to detail. During my tenure with my present and previous employers, I have had the opportunity to develop and perfect my skills in different areas of web designing.
Thanks to my rich and varied experience, I am today proficient in various types of graphic designing work, including website templates, logo creation, marketing materials like flyers and brochures.
My main focus is on developing solutions that are visually appealing and in consonance with the vision and values of my clients.
I am now seeking a new administrative position in order to further develop my skills.
