I am computer literate with both Mac and PC formats. Software knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, QuarkXpress, Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office. Some knowledge of Sage. I am undertaking a course in Web Design in the very near future. Efficient fast and accurate typist, good telephone manner. Very enthusiastic and fast learner., Concept & Design, Artworking, Typesetting and Print Production, Scanning, Photo re-touching and Image Manipulation.

Sector Experience

Working on a wide variety of corporate material such as brochure design, logos, corporate identity, product catalogues, sales literature and advertising for a wide range of business and subject matter. Clients include Bairstow Eves, Beresfords and the whole national network of the Countrywide Group. Also various local companies from engineering to golf and country clubs. Raising job bags using a job database system. Typesetting. Taking phone calls and general office work. Seeing jobs through design concept to print ready PDF’s. Working knowledge of film output using Heidleberg Imagesetters. Full understanding of CMYK and Spot Colour printing to production level., Various design jobs for both inhouse and outside companies such as the Inland Revenue, OFSTED, Xerox and UCL. Preparing artwork for print with knowledge of both Litho and Digital printing techniques. Client meetings and general office/admin work.
