4 years experience in digital advertising, responsible for managing campaigns with emphasis of achieving acquisition targets & improving ROI. My last role was Senior Client Services Manager at McCann, where I was overseeing clients that were engaged with the agency on multiple channels including but not limited to PPC, SEO, display, affiliate marketing, social media, content and conversion rate optimisation. The core catalyst that has allowed me to excel in client management is my data background during the start of my career at McCann. As this gave me the opportunity to work across all digital marketing disciplines and understand how they complement each other to build up an efficient digital strategy. This understanding coupled with the exposure to the multitude of performance tools and management platforms within the industry, has given me the confidence, insights and capabilities to build effective digital strategies that achieve client objectives and increase business pipeline.
