About me

Project responsible for projects (budget, planning, offers, agreements, works follow-up, invoices);

- Liaise with and manage all direct suppliers through the construction phase (Lockers, IT, AV, Flooring);

- Manage the tender process for all projects and supervise contractor selection;

- Manage the construction supervision process from start to handover, and ensure timely execution of all projects within budgeted figure and with minimal variation orders;

- Ensure that the project is completed within a specified time and determine the best source of construction materials;

- Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors;

- Management of the colobration of operational management, clients and related authorities;

- Coordination of all site civil works and management of the related team;

- Monitoring building progress, in particular, quality of work, compliance with regulations, costs and speed of completion of stages
