About me
Hello!
I am a hybrid design + innovation consultant, collaborating at the intersection of consumer research and technology.
I utilise over 12 years of cross-industry design and innovation experience to create meaningful consumer experiences for commercial growth. I help clients and in-house teams at all stages of the design process to research, conceptualise, design, develop, test, implement and launch category-defining products to market.
Most recently I was a permanent member of Samsung's European Insight & Innovation Team in London, focusing on driving innovation within the business through investigation into consumer & market trends, behaviours & aspirations.
As an Innovation Engineer, I led the technology function within the team, able to manage the end-to-end innovation process; involving external agencies and being personally hands-on in product development from conception through to delivering viable and compelling propositions to HQ in Korea.
