About me

I'm a multi-award-winning creative with 17 years of digital experience. I'm passionate about pixels, driven by little 'wows' and believe digital experiences should be accessible everyone, everywhere. I believe in problem-first divergent thinking, I champion collaboration and bring creative visions and concepts to life. I prefer not to use the term 'designer' and instead, think of myself as more of a 'problem solver'. A good problem solver is fluid and flows into problems, navigating and nourishing projects and clients with sophisticated, innovative and best-in-show UX and creative. I cultivate the 3 P's most pertinent to our industry: Projects, People and the Practice of exceptional design. I'm a visionary, setting the creative direction for both projects and agency, a project leader, and mentor - guiding and supporting young creatives and teams to grow and develop into tomorrow's next big problem solvers. I encourage those around me to always be curious, always start with 'why', and most importantly, always understand the answer. My story is best told through the successes of my clients. Their stories are my stories.
