About me

I have completed a three year BA (hons) course in Animation and Illustration and I am now seeking suitable employment in the industry in order to improve upon my creative skills.

During the course I have gained a wide variety of skills including use of such software packages as Microsoft Office, Maya and Photoshop, 3D Studio Max, Illustrator, Flash, Dreamweaver, Flash, Realsoft, InDesign and AfterEffects. As well as computer based design I also enjoy photography, plasticine and clay modelling, painting and designing characters.

I feel confident that the skills I have gained will be of benefit to your company and look forward to discussing a potential position with you.I am a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who enjoys every aspect of art and design. With a lot of experience working with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. I am highly effective at working alone and also thrive in a team environment. I love bouncing ideas back and forth to perfect a project.

Ever since I was a child I have wanted to work in art & design, growing up I used to watch a lot of blue peter and art attack joining in with all the activities, this love of art has stayed with me to this very day and I cannot imagine wanting to work in any other industry. Art to me is a great method of communication and expression. Whilst studying Illustration at University I completed quite a number of illustrations based on advertising products as well as the product packaging its self, over the time completing these modules I found it enjoyable as well as challenging and became more aware of the great importance art has in advertising and packaging design.
