Hello,

I work with words that entertain and engage audiences. I've written for Broadsheet newspapers, medical magazines, martial art websites and some of the biggest retailers in the country. I can write in different styles and in different formats - and now I want to do this for you.

Initially, I started my career as a journalist and this laid down the foundations of important writing techniques; proofreading, ability to match tone of voice, strong research skills and understanding the importance of quick, quality turnaround. These skills were embedded in my arsenal very early in my career.

However, after graduating I decided to turn my hand to copywriting as the creativity, big projects and diversity of output was far more exciting and in line with my natural talents as a writer. As a copywriter I can already boast of working on huge accounts such as Boots and DFS. I now have the experience of working on big projects within a short time frame, making sure the work is of the highest quality, consistent and on brand. The prime example of this is the main project I worked on is the Boots Christmas Gift Guide which is seen by 1 in 4 people in the UK.

In my current role I am tasked with making sure every bit of in store advertising for Boots is grammatically perfect and completely on brand. I am a meticulous editor and can work under great pressure and time constraints to make sure all work is of the highest quality - and that is what I would like to give to you.

I am extremely hard working, able to work well in a team and eager to learn and feel as though I have the right mix of creative and commercial writing skills be a valuable member of staff for yourselves.
