I have developed and designed various presentation materials on PowerPoint, Flyers & Brochures and specially advanced excel-based applications to improve employee productivity and save time during operation at the High Commission of Malaysia, VLN Bangladesh as a Visa Processing Executive. I was also assigned for establishing training for the travel agencies, also conveying orders and instructions to the various media personnel.

At OPPO Bangladesh as Trainer & Monitor for sales & Marketing team, where I had the opportunity to deliver training for large group of employees. Conducted evaluations to identify areas of improvement, support and mentor new and existing employees.
