A passionate agile professional helping developing teams and products. Learning constantly, I consider myself to be the sum of past experiences, people I have met and challenges faced.

My mission is creating teams and helping them mature by asking the right questions, identifying and surfacing tough problems and building solutions together.

Through constant coaching, mentoring and tutoring tailored for each individual I have successfully helped my teams deliver higher value faster than before.

Being a complete extrovert, it was not a big challenge for me to work with remote teams for years and focus on very different industries including Oil & Gas, Telecommunications, Banking and Gaming.

Exposure to different projects related to: Incident Management, Application monitoring, SAP, Mobile App Development, Digitalisation, E-commerce, Banking Applications, CRM applications and Big Data Projects also contributed to the ability to innovate and find creative solutions and techniques to implement with my teams.
