Expertise in user-centred design, user experience research and design.
I believe understanding user needs is the starting point of the cycle of making things easier to use. I study user behaviour, shaping user experiences based on user research and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data. I provide insights and knowledge to develop interfaces that are both engaging and highly usable.
Good design is not only easy to use for the majority, it also includes all users regardless their background and capability. I am an advocate for independent living and human rights. I believe that inclusive design and technologies can benefit those who are less able and promote social inclusion.
