About me
I am drawn to the things that belong to my childhood, that evoke a sense of Nostalgia. My illustrations are characterized by sharp and playful contrast of colors, use of bold shapes, and always an amalgamation of motifs that take their inspiration from the Indian rural Crafts. A sense of whimsy always prevails in my work. Due credit of which must be given to the Post Modern world of the Memphis Movement. There is always a constant strive to achieve the balance between craft and digital in order to arrive at a happy cusp of both mediums so a novel piece of art is created which is both personal and commercially viable.
