- Gathering, coordinating and preparation of internal and external reports, analyzing and summarizing data and information from the departments.
- Preparing presentation materials for management reports.
- Ensure that program expenses are charged correctly, and if not research and provide reasons for discrepancies
- Evaluate and monitor the performance and efficiency of projects to ensure that project implementation is on target
- Work on overall project planning through reporting on project schedules and deliverable
- Provide support to the Project Manager in planning, managing, and monitoring major projects from concepts through implementation.
- I am a DTC and QC
- DTC means Directive to clients anyone Don't do QC for my projects
- QC means Quality check for the projects any one operators do a production I will check with QC after that final file will be sent to client.
