About me
I'm a British music industry professional, recording artist, podcast host and inclusion and wellbeing advocate. My work sits at the intersection of creativity, leadership and lived experience, with a focus on how people — especially those from marginalised communities navigate high-pressure environments and still build sustainable careers.
I'm the founder of the Global Trans Charter for the Music Industry and the host of Music Industry Insights Worldwide, a podcast that explores equity, representation and working conditions across the global creative industries. Alongside this, I work across artist development, advocacy and policy, contributing to conversations about safer, fairer and more human ways of working.
My approach is grounded, practical and shaped by real-world experience supporting individuals and organisations to balance ambition with wellbeing, and impact with sustainability.
