Hello!

My name is Sasha. I was born in Moscow in 1991. I am a textile artist and illustrator. I am writing to express my interest in working with your agency.
I have over six years of experience working as an illustrator and textile designer. Botanics and the animal world are my primary sources of inspiration and one of the common themes in many of my works.

As a freelance illustrator, I worked with some recognized brands in various industries over the years. For example, I created illustrations for Vogue, AD magazine and Royal Mail. Also, I was involved in developing apparel lines for brands such as Puma, "Detskiy Mir" (the largest Russian children's clothing store) and many other local brands.

Besides that, for the past five years, I have had experience working as a full-time lead illustrator at one of the most well-recognized Russian textile design studios. My focus area was the development of new print collections and designer scarves. Several of my works were recognized at the Première Vision competition and posted by WGSN.

In addition to that, I work as a contemporary digital artist. I print my digital works on fabric, embroider and exhibit them as canvases. You can find my artwork in digital and offline galleries around Moscow.

Unfortunately, due to horrific acts of violence that my home country has recently made and increasing internal pressure on freedom of speech - my family and I had to leave the country. And currently, I am focused on adding more non-Russian clients to my portfolio.
