About me
Hello!
I am currently working at Debenhams as a Visual Merchandiser, within this role i am responsible for executing the window displays and doing in store visuals, ranging from mannequin displays, current trend and lifestyle displays, shop fits for new brands coming in and the general appearance of the store as a whole.
Previous to my current role i worked doing visual merchandising at an independent hardware shop, within this role i was solely responsible for coming up with concepts for window displays and executing them to their highest potential, i was also responsible for maintaining a good layout of the store and keeping all displays eye catching and encouraging to customers.
I have a lot of experience in developing a good team attitude having worked within secure units when i left university, within this job me and my team were put in highly dangerous situations so i learnt to build strong connections with each team member i worked with.
I studied Fashion Design Styling and promotion at University, i have a huge passion for all things fashion interior and lifestyle.
On the side of working as a visual Merchandiser I create my own clothing which i then project the designs through a photoshoot, I gained the skills of fashion styling through my university degree and have furthered these skills by venturing out on my own and directing my own shoots for my designs and for personal projects.
