I am a creative and proactive designer and illustrator with key strengths in product research and development. I enjoy illustration and thrive in a creative environment. I possess the full range of administrative skills to cover all roles within my career background. My experience is gained from working with large retail organisations here in the UK and with small scale craft producers in developing countries. I am a strong leader and a sociable team member. My work methods are professional and flexible and I am always interested in new opportunities and challenges. My career path has allowed me to work in various business areas. I have experience in marketing and product development for a large scale clothing manufacturer here in the UK and I have designed and globally sourced products for high street retailers., I have travelled extensively whilst working for a fair trade organisation, aiding organisations in developing countries to adapt their creative and production skills to create marketable products for wider markets., More recently, I have been self-employed as a product designer and illustrator in commercial, fair trade and education sectors.
