I am currently employed as a Creative Team Lead with a proven strong track record and creative portfolio. I am looking to bring my creative flair, love of Brand and all things beautifully designed in digital and print to an established design agency.
Within my current role:-
* Sought and developed strategy for delivering creative revenue streams to current client base, without jeopardising existing design agency partnerships
* Developed internal branding. Responsible for pitching, costing and delivering core creative services * Sales conversion rate of 68% based on 40% new business opportunities and 60% existing customers
* Exceeded creative sales portfolio target in 6 months
* Inspired and mentored both creative team and 35 staff members in producing and improving creative design standards within the internal organisation and client base.
