Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing regarding the Account Executive as I think my experience, spirit, resourcefulness and enthusiasm make me a great fit for this role.

I have recently graduated from London Metropolitan University I am a 24 year old Londoner looking to further develop my career in the creative direction of Digital and Marketing. I would like to work where I can be genuinely excited about my work, a place that challenges and drives me to be better. I believe in working hard to achieve your goals. I wish to be part of a company that cares for what they do and are forever building new relationships and pushing the boundaries of marketing.

As a highly creative and dynamic person with a passion for music I feel this would be an opportunity in which I would excel. I have a strong business mind, having graduated with a Second Class BA Hons in Public Relations with Marketing, complimented by a wide range of experience.

I spent the last six months of 2011 in New York; whilst there I worked for an Experimental Marketing, Brand Activation and Event Production company called MKG. Working for a wide range of high profile clients and vendors across various industries. I gained transferrable skills from business strategy to the importance of social media and digital integration for brand development.

My experience of business strategy was, during my time working for MKG and their Evian account. It was here that we had to challenge and push the boundaries of the already existing "Evian Babies" advertising campaign, into new brand activations, nurturing the existing success and building upon the brand. I learnt the importance of involving digital and social media to maximise each event or brand activation's potential, whilst staying abreast of various industry trends.

The last three months in New York were spent freelancing for London Based Production companies whilst on location in America. This gave me insight into the print and video production world and how managing relationships from the customer/consumer all the way through to the clients is an integral part of brand development.

As a self-starter I am looking to further my career in the Digital and Marketing industry, an area, which will best utilise my skills and experience. In collaboration with your company I would like to build upon my own personal and professional development. I am a tenacious and hard working girl, computer proficient on a Mac or PC.
