Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing in response to your current vacancy for a 3D designer; I am extremely interested and would like to be considered for this position.

As an enthusiastic and hardworking 3D designer, I specialise in photorealistic 3d visuals, and have worked on a variety of projects from architectural and interior visuals to product visualisation and character animation. I have excellent knowledge of Autodesk Maya and the mental ray rendering engine as well as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for post-production, although I am always keen to learn new software.

As you can see from my CV I have always been creative and highly focused with a variety of computer skills and technical understanding, and my degree has given me the confidence to learn new skills and to work effectively in a team or independently on my own initiative.
