ABOUT
The brief for this TV commercial was "expressive storytelling delivery (along the lines of the Gruffalo film) – keep it neutral and warm." I love The Gruffalo & I've voiced some work for the production company who made it, so I had some insights from the outset.
I re-watched The Gruffalo, and imagined the excitement of Summer holidays, magical creatures and the prospect of an adventure, knowing that the client would want to excite people and encourage them to bring their families to the Zoo. I then recorded & submitted my audition & was delighted to be given the job.
The voiceover for the ad' was directed remotely & recorded in my studio.
The production team & the clients are "delighted", as am I, such a joyful project!

CLIENT REVIEW
Sara was an absolute delight to work with again on this TVC - I fought hard to keep using Sara, after the client wanted to try another voice on this re-edit of last year's TVC for Twycross Zoo.....to my relief they went with my recommendation and Sara was fantastic again. Her tone matched the creative perfectly. Sara is so easy to deal with and a fabulous professional - the agency and client were delighted with her reads and she nailed it within a couple of takes, making my life a breeze.
