I'm daily involved in the process of introduction of Direct Debit scheme to Expedia inc. Partners mainly in France and also other EU territories. I do perform warm calls, visits or emails in order to present all the information to customers, explaining the benefits and enclosing a direct debit mandate form. Individual and team targets achieved 100% on monthly bases since last June 2015.
Previous poistion in Expedia inc as Lodging Partners Associate where I supported Market Management Team and Hotel partners by managing the administration of various processes in the partner services group.
In the past more administrative roles (France, Italy and the U.K.) such as translations, liaising with clients and suppliers to get the best returns for them on their refundable spend.
Sales Support Administrator (over 3 years) and in delivering client services and sales support in B2B/B2C sales environment, primarily in the Airline & Tour Operator industries (over 4 years). This gave me the opportunity to be the 'first point of contact' for customers, handling all queries and managing the full client experience from conception to completion, including sales, troubleshooting and crisis management. I am passionate about the end product delivery and inject creative solutions to achieve every purpose in client satisfaction, regardless of business sector. This is backed by an enthusiastic approach and a 'Can Do' attitude that delivers an 'Above and Beyond the call of Duty' instinct to meet the required business objective. I also have meticulous attention to detail and emphatic approach to service delivery.
