About me

I have recently finished my employment with Ennovators where I have worked as a Web Designer. At Ennovators, I have been involved in a number of high profile projects such as designing online advertising materials including affiliate banners and landing pages for VOGA and NordicSofa. In addition, I have participated in the website redesign for NordicSofa. I also liaise with the Marketing Team to source all relevant content material, including imagery, and to ensure all graphics adhere to brand identity guidelines. I am comfortable working as part of a team or individually, have an in-depth understanding of emerging technologies in new media and I am confident in using Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Sketch.

As for my background prior to completing a Graphic Design Course at the Shillington College, I

have a degree in Environmental Sciences. As evidence of my hard work and commitment, I was

awarded with the Extraordinary Award to the Best Student Record by the University of Cádiz. As for the knowledge achieved, as my degree relates to sciences, I improved my computer and data entry skills as well as my ability to lead and be part of a team. I am skilled in using both windows and macintosh applications.

I have two years of administration, sales and order processing experience working at The National Geographic Store. I have also varied experience of working in an office environment, such as in the Cadiz City Hall, Healthy Planet office and my role in the Renal department in Great Ormond Street Hospital, NHS. I also attended several NHS courses such as Medical Terminology, Health & Safety at work, how to solve Equality & Diversity issues in the workplace or the Conflict Resolution Training.

In my posts as PA and Ward Administrator at Great Ormond Street I learned to effectively and

efficiently attain accurate information and share it with the staff involved. I believe I have created

a good atmosphere among my colleagues, achieving some noted improvements in certain

aspects such as Transport bookings, meeting the Discharge Notifications and Prescriptions targets and Admissions and Discharge performance. In an email to several departments, my name was mentioned congratulating us for our hard work and efficiency. In addition, I was nominated to the Great Ormond Street Hospital Exceptional Members of Staff Awards, GOSH GEMS, for the month of January 2014.

I am used to meeting tight deadlines and working under pressure. I am able to work in a team,

but equally I am confident to work alone, being capable to prioritise and use my own initiative

to achieve our goals and suggest new ideas and improvements. The experience gained in my

current and previous roles have helped me to improve my communication skills, making me able

to communicate with people from different backgrounds and ages. I am always keen to learn new skills, I love a challenge and work well under pressure.
