About me

I am a UX/UI Designer with a background in Sales Consulting and Customer service. As a sales consultant for years, my essential role is to offer excellent customer service and reach/exceed sales targets, therefore I have gained extensive experience in effectively communicating with different users groups and using logical thinking to identify issues and find solutions effectively. Such experiences can be effectively translated into user research/interviews, competitive analysis, user journey and usability testing. Also with real-life understanding of the end-user needs and consuming behaviours, it will greatly help me with the user-centre design.
In addition, I have always had a passion for art & design and developed excellent illustration skills over years that can be implemented into creative and bespoke UI design. I strongly believe I can combine my sales experiences with my creative advantages to offer effective, bespoke and creative solutions.
