About me
Samira Rafi is a Multicultural Creative Director and Strategic Thinker with more than 20 years of experience in Communication and Advertising... She has a rich and broad multi-sector experience and has supported numerous institutions, private and public, global and local brands.
She also worked as creative crowdsourcing for a wide range of international brands and her work has been recognized with awards from several platforms.
Away from the office, she is a Mentor at The 30 Minute - the University of Planning and a member of Time for the Planet which is an international non-lucrative association. Samira was also selected as RARE Leadership Academy Delegate By Google.
AN AMBASSADOR OF MOROCCAN FEMALE CREATIVITY...
Samira Rafi is a keen advocate of diversity and inclusion and a strong supporter of initiatives that aim advancing women in creative leadership in Morocco to encourage better integration of female creativity and to amplify the progress of women in the advertising industry,
She was appointed as the first Moroccan woman jury member at the Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity 2022 and the D&AD Award 2022.
She has also served as a juror for several international festivals like New York Festivals, Phnx / AdForum, Cristal Summit, ADStars, ANA-Multicultural Excellence Awards, Summit Creative Award, Luum Awards, Wina Dubai...
A COMMITTED CREATIVE...
Commitment is at the core of what she does, Samira believes in work that inspires and drives a positive change, for people, the planet, and for the industry.
She has initiated, along with her team, an initiative called #boomengaged which aims to voluntarily support major causes both on a local and global level such as:
Women's rights (violence/equality, parity), the cause of people with reduced mobility, the environment, and climate change, the children's rights by denouncing child labor.
Thus, she has supported many clients in major causes, such as :
- The social center of the Ministry of Solidarity of Women, Family and Social Development, in partnership with the EU- European Union
- Special Olympics Morocco
- AMAL Association of Disabled Persons
- ADFM (Democratic Association of Moroccan Women)
- AFAK Association
and others...
This involvement in great causes has made her agency the most committed agency in Morocco.
