About me

Throughout my degree I have become extremely self motivated and determined in any project that has been assigned. This has helped me to gain valuable insight into researching and structuring a body of work whilst keeping good time management. To achieve the most out of any project I feel that the initial creative process must be driven constantly by a thirst for success and a determination to produce a high quality product at the end.

I have a solid understanding in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign and have also worked for a graphic design company. This entailed creating a series of logos for a clothing company, which enabled me to gain good experience working in a professional team and liaising with project managers.

I have additional achievements outside of work and education. In the previous two summers I have successfully ran a children's play scheme for a leisure centre which included drafting up promotion, producing advertising and speaking at public venues. Our initial target was £2,000 but we surpassed that to eventually make £10,000. In the previous summer (2005) I also submitted some work into a public exhibition at a London galley. The exhibition included meeting a specific requirement and producing the work for the gallery space.
