About me

Hi, I'm Sam! I am a graphic designer & illustrator

I have always loved art and design from art classes at school to working in the hustle and bustle of design agencies. As a child I always dreamed or working in the creative industry so it felt natural for me to follow my passion, evolving over the years as technology changed.

Digital illustration and design is an amazing space to work in and with every advance in technology the possibilities become more and more exciting, but I also still love nothing more than a scrappy piece of lined paper and one of those old traditional yellow and black pencils we all had at school to doodle and create something fun without needing to create a masterpiece.

When I'm not designing or illustrating I spend the rest of my time with my super high energy spaniel, crafting with my daughter (anything from watercolour painting to pottery or felting and most things in between) and when all of that is over I enjoy long chats in the kitchen while we're making and eating dinner or lounging on the sofa with my family watching something fun together ... our spaniel does seem to have an off switch (sometimes)!
