About me

I am an Advertising/Marketing/Promotions professional with my own small business: NMD Associates, which is based in Pontefract, United Kingdom. I am looking to expand the business which has branched off from Net Marketing Direct based in Leeds. The majority of our work was local however I am now looking to take the company National and gain some freelance contracts Nationwide with a view to forming lasting working relationships and connections with other businesses, and building the business a wider client base.

Sector Experience

I have developed a great number of skills throughout my career including during my time at University back in the late 1990's up towards more recently. My main strengths lie in advertising concepts and business growth & development. During my time working with Net Marketing Direct and UTT Associates (as mentioned in my CV) I gained a great deal of knowledge of the world of advertising, design and marketing often bringing new concepts to the company and even took us into the world of entertainment whereupon we represented new upcoming entertainers on the music circuit around the Yorkshire.. I also gained experience in designing when I worked for a graphic design company initially as their PA but began coming up with advertising design concepts for small companies that they were representing. After this, and with my Journalistic experience I joined UTT Associates in 2000 to embark upon advertising and design work for Adpost UK.
