About me

My experience in the role of a Journalist has provided me with the necessary skills to work in the media world. I have gained practice in breaking news which has developed my ability to turn around rapid and accurate copy. Interviewing people from entertainment to politics has enhanced my knowledge and people skills which has enabled me to connect with different audiences. Having always been fascinated by travelling and exploring different cultures, my most recent employment was in Saudi Arabia where working for a media company called Destination Magazine.

Whilst working as an Intern Online Editor for CBS News London, I researched and wrote online content from their servers. Using SEO methods my articles generated high traffic globally.

My ability to develop feature ideas is proven through my previous project at university where I directed a short documentary in Paralympic Classification.

Studying an MA in Television Journalism at the City University of London has furthered my knowledge and understanding of Journalism.
