About me
After A-Levels in 2019, my aim was to jump into an apprenticeship in 2020, but of course, 2020 happened. My hopes were crushed when the apprenticeship I was so close to starting was cancelled almost instantly when the UK went into lockdown.
However, since December and moreso since the lockdown had occured, I have been using my home workstation to learn key skills and foundations and hone my own skills within animation, 3D creation, animation, and film production. Using Blender, I have been able to successfully create a massive short film project, entirely made by me from start to finish, with the skills being used being self-taught and it has in fact been a blessing to have that opportunity. It has allowed me to become grateful of the skills I am able to learn when I put my mind to it and the strength I have to persevere and give my all to a project when it is expected of me.
Before all of this however, my skills were focused largely on fine art and general video creation, which of course has allowed me to gain a huge cultural influence through my contextual studies and created pieces. All of my work from A-Levels (Fine Art & Media Studies) as well as my post A-Level animation work can be found on my online portfolio as well as my Instagram page, so please look through them both!
