About me

I have been working in retail and hospitality for almost 15 years most of those at management level, I have had a huge part in starting a new Brand, opened 4 different types of restaurants worked in branded and non-branded restaurants some pubs and clubs but time has come for me to pursue a new avenue as my life circumstances have changed.

I have people skills which are second to none for both staff and customer service excellence I am a fast learner and a great listener which helps me get the best out of my team while striving for customer satisfaction.

Building a strong relationship with staff, customers and suppliers has helped me be successful in each job I have been in, the experience I have acquired over the years has been invaluable to me and will do nothing but help me in my next adventure.

I feel my experience will make the transition from hospitality and easy one.

I have a creative background and a great eye for detail and very hands on approach which I think will make a huge difference in my ability to adapt.

I have recently taken 8 months of work to redesign and refurbish my house as well as started a new business / hobby which is a tattoo studio called '13 diamonds' in soho London in which I did everything from business plan to shop design and layout to installation and decoration.

This experience has made such a difference in my life and I look forward to starting a new chapter and work adventure with new understanding and drive.
