About me

Music photographer Ruth Medjber was born in Marino, Dublin to Irish
and Algerian parents. She graduated from D.I.T. with a BA Hons.

in Photography in 2008 and has won the RDS Art Award. She snaps for
Hot Press magazine, like, all the time, while working from her studios
in London and Dublin.

Her photography has been featured in the likes of Kerrang!, Metal
Hammer, The NME, Rock Sound, Terrorizer and Classic Rock among
others.

Her professional injuries include the time Beck stood on her
fingers, and the time Slash smacked her with his guitar - but both
later apologized.
