About me

Hello,
My name is Ruth and I'm an experienced graphic designer. I'm currently freelancing but looking for more projects to get my teeth into, or the right permanent role.

Freelancing has equipped me with a broad skill set with experience across a wide range of design specialisations including; promotion, branding, publishing, infographics and social media to name a few.
Whilst my foundation lies in design for print, I've evolved alongside the industry, and create content and graphics for digital output. More recently working with Adobe After Effects to create motion graphics.

I'm a well seasoned Adobe CC user, in particular, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. I have a strong typographic eye and a nerdy love for structured layout. I'm always willing to acquire new knowledge and skills, and not intimidated by stepping into unfamiliar territory. I've recently been broadening my understanding of Figma.

On a personal level, working with a variety of clients has taught me the importance of being approachable and how to fit in with the team¬. This focus on building strong relationships is why my clients keep coming back for more.
