About me

I am an experienced Denim designer for more than 10 years currently occupying the position of Creative Consultant for LC Waikiki, Akkus Textile.
In 2017, I stated to work with Diamond Denim by Sapphire as 'Creative Director' for Denim&Non-denim regarding menswear, womanswear and kidswear. I joined to apparel team when they had just started apparel business. Before that Diamond was a leading Company in spinning and fabrics. From branding to final collection, I was responsible from all processes including creation of brand image(hardwares, label, signature details etc...), preparation of trend reports and analyses, technical sheets, sampling, washing and final presentation. Also I was in charge of customer oriented collections for Inditex ( Zara Man Basic, Zara Sport, TRF, Bershka Man & Woman and Pull&Bear Man & Woman, Lefties Man//Woman/Kids), OVS (all departments - Man/Woman/Kids) , Primark (Man), LPP (Reserved), Lee Cooper & Splash (Dubai Landmark Group - Man/Woman) till January 2021.
Since October 2019, I am working with Akkus Textile in Istanbul/Turkey, which is a leading manufacturer for Denim and non-denim garments and build strong partnership with Stradivarius, Pull&Bear, Zara Girls & Boys, Miroglio Group, Benetton&Sisley (Woman, Man, Young) and Sonny Bono are the brands under my responsibility. I am also directly in touch with their design teams to share ideas, moodboards and necessary informations.
In between January 2021 - October 2023, I also joined Delta Rumino in Uzbekistan as a Design Director for Denim. It is a new establishment and I was personally in charge of all design processes from branding to final garment. The main target market was Russia so I was preparing the collections according to each&every customer. Meanwhile I joined LCWaikiki in May 2021 and I'm currently in charge of the casual woman denim lines.
