We’ve been building category-defining service brands through design and technology for over 30 years.
We were born of a fascination with people-led service organisations and a frustration that they often fail to achieve their full potential. Our founders, Neil and Darrel, started Rufus Leonard to have long-term partnerships enabling our clients to become and remain outstanding in their categories.
We work best with ambitious organisations whether they are established, wanting to retain or regain their category leadership, or scale-ups in the process of defining new categories.
We are fiercely independent. Our independence also means we’re able to partner with other best of breed specialists. We are proactive members of both the Harbour Collective and Alliance of Independent Agencies.
