About Roy
A refugee from the halls of academia and the world of seven to seven deadlines and drudgery, I have fled to a place that allows me to be in the mountains and have salt on my skin as often as possible.
After years as an educator, teaching others how to write and communicate, I branched into editing, producing content for textbooks and even writing reports in Parliament. I now have the freedom to write creatively and I seek any project that demands imagination and the creative use of language.
I write poetry, short stories, blog and am in the process of writing a novel. I believe in the power of words and the power of authentic, original thought.
