About me
Rosy Duarte is a creative leader who brings vision, strategy, and heart to everything she touches. With a background in Advertising Creation and Production and roots in editorial design, her career spans publications across Brazil and Europe, fueled by a deep curiosity for people, culture, and compelling storytelling.
Since joining Sherlock Communications as Head of Design in 2022, Rosy has built a multidisciplinary dream team from the ground up. Now with 11 designers spread across Latin America, her team leads design for global brands like Indeed, GitHub, and Taboola. She has transformed the agency's creative approach—from pitches to production—while fostering a culture where experimentation, mentorship, and inclusion are the standard.
Rosy's creative leadership is all about pushing boundaries without losing the human touch. She's expanded Sherlock's capabilities into motion, UI, and generative AI, while staying grounded in the belief that diverse teams creates an environment where meaningful ideas thrive.
